As we all know, playing piano requires a proper use of our body, not just our mind. Sometimes, fatigue, which builds up during practice, can affect our physical as well as our mental state!
Below, are 3 simple routines which I do myself during piano practice and production sessions. With these simple shoulder release routines, you may be able to feel more refreshed, focused and revitalised and therefore, to prolong your practice!
