All individual appointments with GéNIA (Assessment Lesson, Piano Lesson or/and Piano-Yoga® Session) require 48 hours cancellation notice, as otherwise you will be charged the full amount. Cancellations can be given wither via email conatct@piano-yoga.com or telephone +44(0) 20 7226 9829.


Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable to you:  
For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products purchased which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded; Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of Products purchased. All information/exercises suggested free of charge or otherwise are provided without warranty or liability and are to be used strictly at your own risk. Performance of Products/information supplied involves physical activity. If you are unsure whether using the Product or carrying out any suggested physical activity will affect your health or may cause you any harm, please consult a medically competent professional prior to use.

Severability
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
