3 new shoulder routines for releasing tension in your back to help with your piano practice

In this blog I would like to introduce to you another 3 shoulder routines which you can implement into your piano practice or your studio time. Please don't forget to check with your doctor prior to starting the exercises if you have shoulder, back, neck or other health issues.

Remember, in these exercises doing less is always more!

These exercise routines below take up to 3 - 4 minutes, so you can easily incorporate them into your practice.
