Service Description
Final Preparation for Performance is a personalised twelve-hour intensive programme for pianists preparing for a concert, audition, examination, competition, recording or other important performance. Working directly with concert pianist GéNIA, you will receive focused guidance tailored to your repertoire, performance date and individual goals. The programme brings together musical interpretation, technical refinement, physical preparation, concentration and performance psychology to help you feel fully prepared and confident on stage. The programme can help you: * Refine technique and resolve remaining difficulties * Strengthen interpretation, structure and musical communication * Develop consistency, concentration and performance stamina * Plan effective practice during the final stages of preparation * Manage stage nerves and performance-related adrenaline * Establish effective pre-performance and backstage routines * Prepare the pacing and presentation of your complete programme * Test your preparation through performance run-throughs Personalised Schedule The twelve hours can be divided into sessions of different lengths according to your repertoire, performance date and availability. Your individual schedule and the most effective distribution of the sessions will be discussed and arranged after booking. After booking, you will receive a questionnaire by email. Please complete and return it before your first session so GéNIA can understand your performance goals, repertoire, preparation timeline and any areas of concern. Please bring all the music for your performance repertoire, together with a notepad, pen and journal for recording guidance, practice strategies and progress throughout the programme. Central London Location Sessions will take place at either Steinway Hall, near Bond Street Underground station, or Schott Music London in Soho, near Oxford Circus Underground station. The exact venue will be confirmed after booking.






Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the lesson will receive a full refund. For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the lesson, the full lesson fee will be charged and no refund will be provided. Missed lessons are also charged in full. If Piano‑Yoga® Studio cancels a lesson, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
