Following the success of the previous masterclass with GéNIA on breathing, we are delighted to announce the next masterclass dedicated to the structuring of musical interpretation.
Taking place on Friday, 21st of January 2022, at 6:30 pm- 8:30 pm via Zoom, this masterclass is open to pianists of intermediate to advanced level.
In this masterclass, GéNIA is inviting participants to look in more detail on the interpretation of the pieces, which they will be performing. She will ask them about certain musical decisions, which they either made or didn't and will offer her input into the topic. She will also concentrate on technique, as without it, no interpretation can be solid.
We invite you to apply well in advance to make sure that there is a time for you to perform your piece and go through it in details. Please send the digital copies of your music well in advance (by the 3d of January 2022), which will be distributed to other members of the event.
