Following my weekly Instagram sessions, I am delighted to share with you my latest one, where I am demonstrating how you can incorporate breathing into piano playing and align breath together with the rhythm. I also touched on the use of abdominals in playing and demonstrated a new shoulder tension release exercise. Plus one more trick on how you can use a yoga block in your playing!
