Application of Terms and Conditions

By purchasing products from this site and/or by using this website you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

We may change these terms at any time by posting changes online and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as updated and/or amended.


"We", "us, "our", means Piano-Yoga Limited. "You", "your" means the person purchasing products under these terms and conditions. "Product" means the product or products you are purchasing from us. The Contract Between Us

Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products purchased. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer and to have been effectively communicated to you. This is to be interpreted and enforced with the laws of England, in its entirety and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused. We reserve the right to cancel any order where obvious errors in pricing or product description have occurred.

Payment Details

We accept payment via Paypal, Bank Transfers, Cheques or Cash.

Price Increases

Piano-Yoga Ltd reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. Piano-Yoga Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.

Returns / Cancellation Policy

Electronic Products once purchased and downloaded are not returnable. These Products include but may not be limited to downloadable e-books, downloadable recordings, downloadable tickets. Due to the nature of the electronic Products offered you agree not to exercise any right of return or cancellation once downloading has commenced.

If you wish to return any Products other than electronic Products (for which see above), please in the first instance contact us within 48hrs of receiving your non-electronic Products, quoting your invoice number, and reason for return. Please ensure Products are suitably packed and parcelled. We also recommend using a signed-for, insured delivery service for your own peace of mind. You are responsible for return postage charges. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of returned Products in the condition in which they were dispatched to you.  If you simply wish to exchange your order, please state your preferred replacement Products with the returned order and we will dispatch them as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: an additional delivery charge may be incurred for replacement orders.

If, for any reason you wish to cancel your order of non-electronic Products, please do so within 48hrs of ordering by contacting us, quoting your Invoice number and reason for cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have already received an email confirming that your order of non-electronic Products has been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel. You would need to return your order using the procedure detailed above.

Delivery Policy

Electronic Products purchased from this website are dispatched on download of the Product. After the purchase is completed you will be provided with a link address that you can use ONCE to access the file. Once the product has been downloaded the link will be deleted.
Non-electronic Products will be dispatched following receipt of payment via standard Royal Mail.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to you: 
For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products purchased which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded; Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of Products purchased. All information/exercises suggested free of charge or otherwise are provided without warranty or liability and are to be used strictly at your own risk. Performance of Products/information supplied involves physical activity. If you are unsure whether using the Product or carrying out any suggested physical activity will affect your health or may cause you any harm, please consult a medically competent professional prior to use.


If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

Statutory Rights

These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

Your obligations

By using our services, including browsing our site, and buying our products you promise to observe these principles:

You may print each copy of the Product purchased on THREE occasions only and for non-commercial use only.  You do NOT have the right to download the Product for storage other than on your own computer.

i. You promise to respect copyright and otherwise observe the law. That is, you promise to not use the Product that we have supplied other than on the terms upon which it was supplied to you.

ii. You may view this Website and its contents using a web browser. You may make copies of portions of this Website solely for your own personal use (information, research or study) provided that you do not modify the copy from how it appears on the Website and that you include the copyright notice "Copyright © Piano-Yoga Ltd 2008" and any other copyright notice which appears with the material you are copying, on the copy that you make.

iii. Save for the foregoing, you promise not to reproduce, transmit, make available, adapt, modify, frame (by whatever means), link to, forward, create derivative works based upon, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, sublicense, or in any way commingle the content of the Website or any Product with other third party content, do any other act of copyright, or otherwise use any of the material on the site without first obtaining the written permission of Piano-Yoga Ltd.

iv. You promise to pay for our products and services. You are required to pay all applicable taxes.

v. You promise to provide us with accurate information.

vi. You promise to keep any Product in the form in which it was supplied to you. We may include other information (including information identifying the author, the copyright owner, or the terms upon which the product is supplied) to any Product supplied to you. You promise not to circumvent any measures that we have taken to protect the rights in the Product that we have supplied, including removing this information or otherwise facilitating an infringement of copyright.

vii. You promise not to compromise the integrity of our software or systems. That is, you promise not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our Website or any of the software that we supply to you for the purposes of providing you with a Product.

viii. You promise not to take action of any kind against us in the event of our termination of this agreement, non-supply, or unfitness for purpose. That is, you release us our servants and agents ("us") from any liability if we terminate or suspend your entitlement to use our services. We will only do this if you fail to observe one of these principles. You release us from any liability if we fail to provide you with a service or a Product within a reasonable period after you request it. You release us from any liability if the software that we provide to you is not suitable for your existing hardware or software.

We are registered under The Data Protection Act 1998 and will process your personal data in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation. The following terms shall apply in relation to data protection:

You hereby agree that the information that you submit via the Site and any other information sent to us by you or otherwise obtained by us about you ("the Personal Data") may be processed by us for the purposes of:

  • Fulfilling orders or otherwise carrying out functions that you have requested be carried out;
  • Processing your payments, credit reference checking and fraud detection;
